Escape the heat - Enjoy shaved ice in a nice place

Bingsu is a dessert where you finely shave ice and top it with red beans, condensed milk, rice cakes, and eat it with a spoon. These days, you can skip the red beans and choose from fruits, matcha, yogurt, watermelon, and other ingredients to suit your taste.
When it's over 35 degrees in the afternoon and you want to escape somewhere, you search for a place. You find a cafe with a big glass window showing a cathedral and tasty bread. Even though it's not cheap, you order bingsu as a cost for enjoying a cool place and taking a break.
I chose coffee bingsu that you pour espresso over. I fell in love with the coffee taste when eating it with milk ice, nuts, and vanilla ice cream. It's a bit much for one person, so it's better to share with a friend.
This year, cup bingsu is trendy for people who are alone. You can enjoy bingsu for a bit cheaper.
With prices going up, it's a really good deal.
If you like green tea, matcha bingsu with lots of matcha powder is refreshing.
If you don't have friends or don't want to go out, you can do it yourself. Prepare soy milk and matcha powder and mix them yourself. Then add ice, and your matcha latte is ready.
